These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Sembra New York LLC, based in Ossining, NY, USA.

Bookings & Payments:
To confirm a booking, full payment is required unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD and include any applicable taxes. Payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, or other platforms listed on our website.

Cancellations:

• More than 14 days before the service: full refund minus transaction fees

• Between 13–4 days before: 50% refund

• Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund

Responsibility:
Sembra New York LLC acts as an intermediary for hotels, transportation providers, and third-party tour operators. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external suppliers, but we will assist in finding suitable solutions.

Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County.
